memory 8

Game: Raven's Game
Memory: First divination lesson is ridiculous! ch 6: talons and tea leaves (p1)
Number: 8
Received: Day 336
Form: form is a magazine page, with a picture that kkkkind of relates to what your memories is. Carefully tear the picture out to receive memory. (0/1)
What it means: This memory overall is pretty trivial in that it's their first day of classes as third years. Nothing majorly important happens, but it does include various plot devices later. Namely, that on the way to school things called Dementors attacked the train and Harry passed out. He now has a sense of what Dementors ARE rather than just prison guards. There's worry and confusion of Hermione's schedule which is physically impossible. This also gives him back a strong weariness of magical superstitions (see the grim). Because even if he later thinks Divination is totally bogus-- or at least that he's not able to do it-- he still fears things like the Grim. Worrying about friends dying/overworking is a thing :u.
